Luciano possesses one of those voices that is so acessible, his tracks are instantly likeable and this set is no exception. Tracks like Are you with me fall particularly into that category, but even when the lyric gets harder or there is a stronger message they stay with you.

This commercial easy reggae with across the board appeal (Are you with me, Heavens door, Angel Heart) but the rootsier massage trcaks like Never giving in will endure longer.

A very solid well produced set which wil appeal to fans like me, it’s all pleasant enough, but there is no killer track, and this is common amongst much new product these days. This for the most part isn’t a problem although it would be nice to see reggae stepping up a level again and regaining the proominince is deserves, but Luciano has long been lauded as the talent that would take it that one step further. Tis a great shame therefore that tis wil not be it.
