Originally a live double album, now remastered on to a double Cd – what a show! For a live album it does retain the moods and the performance that the set must have given off.
The set grows form mellow moody beginnings into a big crescendo with the uptempo hits

Great though their studio records were, aficionados of Osibisa always claimed that you had to experience the band live to realise what they were really capable of. 1977’s Black Magic Night, recorded at London’s Royal Festival Hall, gave everyone the chance to hear what happened when Ghana’s high-life sound collided with Caribbean rhythms.
